Cisco ONS15305 reports all >70 Ethernet interfaces as
administratively up,
and for those not present it reports
IF-MIB::ifOperStatus.1 = INTEGER: notPresent(6)
Thus RRFW discovers a bunch of interfaces which don't
exist on the agent.
