#3 Add multihost alike graphs for tagged configurations

Along plots spanning multiple hosts, it might be desirable to add graphs that span multiple tags for a single configuration in a single host.
The typical use-case is to trace the resource usage from different processes in a single graph

The new plot type PT accounts for this. The first item is the datasource to be plotted, and remaining ones are taken as the tags that will be included in plot.
Currently only works for graph creation, supplying the name of config file without tags, with explicit hostnames.
