#4 traffic stats per IP (local network)

I think it would be very nice if you could add support
for monitoring traffic to a specific IP.

For ex. I (as many people/admins do) have a linux server
that controls a DSL device. There are 6 devices that
connect to the internet trough the linux server.

It would be nice if we could monitor traffic from eth0 to IP
192.168.1.2 for example. And let ppl configure filters for
traffic.
