Finished common entity names and filenames replacing. Stable release with some minor bugs fixed.

Fixed some minor bugs.
All content in quotes now replacing during parsing process, so similar warning types (which actually are the one) will be sorted to the same category.
There still are some issues and improvements, so new release will be soon.
