#11 Add elapsed time in seconds

Also while talking about this would it be possible to have a column for the elapsed run in seconds like in MinKNOW? This would simplify searches for me, as at present it is in a date/time format making things a little more difficult. Thanks for making this available, think I need to sit down and learn some R :O).
