#1 OpenDarwin diffs for RPM 4.0.4

Here is the patch that the OpenDarwin team used
for their "tainted sources" build of RPM (vers 4.0.4)

It has been done after all the cruft that was left by the
original RPM (CVS dirs?) and DarwinPorts (autosave?)

Some of it will find its way to a clean build of RPM.
