Functionality Updates

* Added ability to Deactivate characters.
* Added seperate list for Inactive characters & campaigns, hidden by default.

* Moved Campaign Add/Invite/Accept character controls to View Campaign screen.
* Added character list to View Campaign screen for everyone (still only DM can view/edit character sheets).

This release is primarily an update to provide compatibility for PHP 5.1 and MySQL 5.0.

In terms of overall functionality, there are only a couple of minor changes in the 3.5 and Serenity character sheets, and a new statistics page.

This release contains new functionality around Campaigns. Users can set up campaigns, and characters can be invited, or can request to join.

DMs automatically get editing permissions to all characters in the campaign.

There are a number of database updates, located in update-mysqldb.sql, which should run on existing installs without problems, assuming there have been no database changes made.

Version 0.2.0 of the RPG Web Profiler has now been released. This version achieves a goal of ours in that it no longer uses the Smarty templating system.

There are also a few new admin configurable options that make the application more flexible for a wide range of installations.
