#24 possible bug error

I found out through Dependency Walker(depends.exe) that it missed 8 files that XP needs in the system32 folder. When I replaced them(and found my computer running sweet) in that folder and ran depends.exe on it again, it said that ntdll.dll missed an import from a delay-loaded dll. What does that mean for trans3.exe?
