#18 Waking from Hibernate causes Editor to CTD.

Waking a machine from hibernate state where that state includes a running instance of the editor will cause that instance to crash to desktop.

This was observed on a Windows XP machine (256Mb ram, AMD Athlon 1Ghz).

Can be duplicated by hibernating a machine with the editor running, then powering that machine back on.
