Request 1:
if you have homebrew files in the builder, and you import a character from the builder, then RPG Dragon simply adds a fake url to the powers, feat, etc so that you dont have to open the actual dnd4e file to add the url manually and then edit the power, feat, etc in the RPG Dragon.

Request 2: Maintain powers in the proper listing as they are (At-wills, encounter, etc.), but be able to reorder them in any fashion, for example alphabetical, manually, etc.
