By installation, I got next message:
"CPF5D05 received by INSTALL at 2300. (C D I R)".
(Service program DOMPARSEXP not created)

the problem was that service program XML4PR400 was not in lib DOMPARSE.
After copying it from lib xml4pr400 to lib domparse it was working.
