#2 Japanese translation

At first I thanks developers and supporters of ROXterm.

I knew ROXterm in Puppy Linux.
ROXterm was included in Puppy Linux temporarily.
Puppy Linux Japanese Team member generated Japanese language files then.
but I knew that the language file was not reflected now by the main body of ROXterm either recently.
Therefore I offer the translation file which member and I added:

Translation of the member is an old version and includes the Web site in translation again.
Some translation may be completed in another few days.
