#68 Right-click menu cascaded when menu bar disabled

When the menubar is disabled in Roxterm, the right click menu becomes the menubar. This is a great concept, however it comes with a disadvantage. Often-used items (such as copy, paste, open new tab, open new terminal) are now only accessible through a submenu.

This is bad usability as I have to search for the command I want to use first and incurs an additional delay.

Would it be possible to move these often-used items to the top of the right-click menu?

This is already implemented when links are right-clicked, here the open and copy commands are directly available at the top.

I have sort-of hacked this together now. A few items have been moved to the top level. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to make it show the shortcuts here. But hey, it works for me.

Note: You can't have duplicate items. They will stop working.
