Hi, I am the one that opened the original feature request. Sorry I should have
added more info or posted here before opening the request. I am using v1.21.3
from the launchpad and I am able to assign shortcuts to all other menu
commands except the Tabs->Name Tab... (I am using the enable editing option in
the configuration manager).

I also noticed that if I set the window title and open a new tab, the window
title resets to "%s". Not sure if that is expected though, so I didn't open a
new bug.

Oh I see. I can reproduce both problems. The "Name Tab" shortcut issue is a
bug rather than an as yet unimplemented feature so I've opened a new bug for
that (3209018), one for the window title (3209020) and for another bug I just
discovered:- the -T command line option doesn't work (3209021).
