#111 pt_BR translation for Wallpaper (~/Rox/Wallpaper)

Translated Wallpaper application directory (Brazilian Portuguese):
~/Rox/Wallpaper/Messages/pt_BR.po
~/Rox/Wallpaper/Messages/pt_BR.gmo
~/Rox/Wallpaper/Help/README_BR

I didn't find it in ROX-Filer's 2.10 tar.gz file so I got it from my Debian installation (also 2.10).

Also I changed *one* word that I had mistranslated for ROX-Filer's pt_BR.po (posted in a previous patch).

Sorry for not using the GIT translation system. Besides not being used to it, I'm on dial-up now and seldom get online.
