#105 ROX-Filer: Add "Nothing" to session options

When ROX-Filer run by gnome-session from saved session, it shows own desktop (Pinboard).

I prefer to use Nautilus for my desktop and want to disable rox desktop. From "Desktop" config section i can choose "Pinboard only", "Panel only" or "Pinboard or Panel", but i can't disable ROX desktop at all.

This patch add "Nothing" option to "Desktop" config section.

It shouldn't need an option for this. If it wasn't managing any pinboards or panels when the session was saved, it still shouldn't be managing them when it's restored! My WM doesn't have SM support, so I can't test it easily, though.
