Um, no, my version of Rox, 1.2.2, doesn't have that
option. The only thing that seems remotely relevant is
the "-o" option on the commandline, but that's for
panels, and indeed, if I create a panel, it does not
appear in the taskbar.
Rox did bring out a 1.3 series, before the 2.x series
that required GTK2. I can't recall why I didn't use the
1.3 series... will have to take another look.
