Many thanks! Really looks good, except the "move_others" option. I
actually did it that way at first, but the icons seem to "shiver" when
moving the pointer over them, especially if they are very small. But
since it's optional, ok.
I already released 0.4.1 yesterday (though I didn't
announce it yet), but I've included your patch for 0.4.2.

Another problem is that when it zooms in on an icon (eg when you hover
over the icon of an unfocused window) it looks fuzzy, so I presume it
enlarges the smaller copy instead of scaling down the largest size
