Hi! I must say the same----> "ROX rocks"! (sorry for using Your words, but
it is very good way to describe it;)I was using Rox Filer with Fluxbox
long time ago, but now I have changed distibution(to Gentoo) and gave a
try the Rox-Desktop softwere... and still(after 4 weeks) I don't have
other desktop enviroments, like KDE or GNOME on my hard drive, and I'm not
going to have such ever.. .:D Rox Filer+Rox Session+Oroborox is everything
what I need:) I'm using Editor with everyday work. Picky to browse my
pictures. And Archive to handle commpresed files. And this speed...:D At
last Netbeans is runnig fast enough:)
And here is (IMHO) one very important thing: Rox developers should always
remeber about performance issue(!). It's a big advantage of Your softwere.
And I think this future should be always considered while development
porcess will continue. I'm a developer too and I know how easy is to
concentrate on adding new features and in the same time forgeting about
main ideas of the porogram, just to make my program "beter 'n' beter" ;)
BTW if there won't be any problems(?) I would by glad to join Your team...
after my exams;) Or at last contribute in any possible way to help You
with Your affords. I hope I'm good enough;)
At the end of this post, I whant to thank You for Rox Desktop:) My work
has become much easier, nicer and >faster< :D Best regards
