Hmm... maybe I spoke too soon. Anyone know how to update a checked-out
CVS from inside sourceforge? cvs.rox.sourceforge.net doesn't seem to
answer internal requests :-(

[rox-devel] CVS snapshots

A while back, SourceForge removed autoconf from their shell server, so the
CVS snapshots didn't have uptodate configure files. I've changed the
system so that it should be working again. The translation files are now
also ready-build.

The anonymous CVS at Sourceforge appears to be playing 
up again.  Browsing the cvs repository fails to show any 
differences and the CVS snapshots have not been able to 
be updated for the last 2 days.

Are you trying to run a cron job to do a cvs update on a
nightly basis, or something?

If so, I believe the reason that it won't work is that ssh
requires a controlling shell. I had a similar problem with
OpenUT - I had planned to update the website from a copy
held in CVS every twleve hours, but it faltered on that
point. I could run my shell script when logged in, but not
from cron.

If not... pass :-/ 
'cvs update' should work from an ssh session to
shell.sourceforge.net, it always has for me anyway.
