I'm updating the fr translations for 0.1.28. I need some explanations about these ones: #: dnd.c:208 msgid "Directories spring open" #: menu.c:166 msgid "Large, With..." #: menu.c:172 msgid "Small, With..." (Why "With"? -- I only have a telnet access to a Unix box, so I can't test ROX-Filer.) -- Vincent Lefèvre <vi...@vi...> - Web: <http://www.vinc17.org/> - 100% validated HTML - Acorn Risc PC, Yellow Pig 17, Championnat International des Jeux Mathématiques et Logiques, TETRHEX, etc. Computer science / computer arithmetic / Arénaire project at LIP, ENS-Lyon |

Here's the current list of translations, along with their last maintainer and version (from the Changes file). Spanish Marcelo Ramos <mr...@mo...> 1.1.11 French Vincent Lefevre <vi...@vi...> 1.1.10 Polish Krzysztof Krzy=BFaniak <el...@de...> 1.1.10 Russian Dmitry Elfimov <di...@bk...> 1.1.8 Hungarian Andras Mohari <ma...@fr...> 1.1.7 Dutch Jasper Huijsmans <j.b...@ch...> 1.1.6 German Andr=E9 Wyrwa <a....@we...> 1.1.5 Italian Denis Manente <de...@li...> 0.1.28 Spanish, French and Polish are pretty much completely up-to-date, but the others will need some work. Could the existing maintainers let me know if they don't have time to update for 1.2.0 so that we can find someone else= ? Current CVS and the snapshots are up-to-date and can be updated without running gettext: http://rox.sourceforge.net/snapshots/ Thanks, --=20 Thomas Leonard http://rox.sourceforge.net ta...@ec... ta...@us... |

Jasper, if you happen to not have time, I can help with it, actually I already tweaked the dutch translation a bit. regards :), Wilbert -- Wilbert Berendsen (http://www.xs4all.nl/~wbsoft/) |

I updated nl.po, but couldn't test it, because I have no python and somehow I couldn't update the po files. So this patch just updates ROX-Filer/src/po/nl.po and nothing else. Hi all, I updated the Dutch nls a bit more, and fixed some errors. I found out how to build the mo files (no python needed:) and am using it right now with 1.1.11. -- Wilbert Berendsen (http://www.xs4all.nl/~wbsoft/) |

I've attached AppInfo.xml for System with translations into French. Moreover, could the whole program use gettext? I've also noticed that in ROX-Filer, "Purpose", "Version", "Authors", "License", "Homepage" are not translated. -- Vincent Lefèvre <vi...@vi...> - Web: <http://www.vinc17.org/> - 100% validated (X)HTML - Acorn Risc PC, Yellow Pig 17, Championnat International des Jeux Mathématiques et Logiques, TETRHEX, etc. Work: CR INRIA - computer arithmetic / SPACES project at LORIA |

If on, the directory will `spring open' after a short pause, allowing you to navigate to any directory during a drag. You can also hold the pointer over the Home and Up buttons on the toolbar for a similar effect. You need to have the previous option enabled for this to have any effect on files displayed in a directory. > #: menu.c:166 > msgid "Large, With..." > > #: menu.c:172 > msgid "Small, With..." > > (Why "With"? -- I only have a telnet access to a Unix box, so I can't > test ROX-Filer.) BTW, look at the interactive help under RISC OS 4, for the sort menu items. The plural is used for "Sort by name" and "Sort by type", but not for "Sort by size" and "Sort by date". -- Vincent Lefèvre <vi...@vi...> - Web: <http://www.vinc17.org/> - 100% validated HTML - Acorn Risc PC, Yellow Pig 17, Championnat International des Jeux Mathématiques et Logiques, TETRHEX, etc. Computer science / computer arithmetic / Arénaire project at LIP, ENS-Lyon |
