I suppose we could have a list of toggles, plus 'All' and 'None' to save
time. The display might get very wide!
We should also put this new toggles menu on the Details toolbar button

The main problem is that it usually makes your home directory totally
unnavigatable :-( At least you can see if there are hidden files now...
