Pekwm has implemented keychains, and I wanted to share this with others who might have a use for it. These keybindings will allow you to open specific dirs in ROX filer with some quick keystrokes: # ROX Chain { Mod = "Mod4"; Key = "r" Exec { Key = "h"; Param = "~/bin/rox"; } Exec { Key = "p"; Param = "~/bin/rox ~/.pekwm"; } Exec { Key = "w"; Param = "~/bin/rox ~/wallpapers"; } Exec { Key = "d"; Param = "~/bin/rox ~/downloads"; } Exec { Key = "c"; Param = "~/bin/rox ~/cvs"; } Exec { Key = "l"; Param = "~/bin/rox ~/logs"; } } just substitute your own paths and keys and it is a really sweet deal, at least to me. In this example, you would hold down the "Windows" key (Mod4) and press "r". Then *release* the mod key and hit "h". Bingo, your home dir. My keyboard, in effect, just grew a few dozen extra keys! -- Registered Linux user #282046 "When you vote for the lesser of two evils, you are voting for evil" - KRS1, Boogie-Down Productions |
