[rox-devel] Shorter window title

Hello,

Since the `(Scanning,All,Thumbs)' state flags take up to much space
in the title bar, I'd like to recommend a shorter version.
This is what I mean:

* `Scanning' could be eliminated by placing brackets around the path.
* `All' and `Thumbs' could be replaced with `*' and `=' (or anything
  else) put between angle brackets. (The only problem with `*' is
  that it's too small in some fonts.)

So the title would look something like this when all files are shown
and thumbnails are enabled:

	/path/to/dir [*=]

And it'd look like this while scanning:

	(/path/to/dir) [*=]
