[rox-devel] Rename

I've made a small change so that renaming uses the background action
windows just like copy. This means that you can use the rename menu item
to move stuff between filesystems (eg, onto a floppy disk).

Also, changes to the key-bindings should now only get saved when you quit
if they've actually been changed.

On the code side, I've put some stuff that all the code used in global.h
and removed the dependencies between the header files - much neater!
