Where should this file > go and what should it contain? Something like "mount -t vfat [something] > /mnt/windows"? There should be some empty directories in /mnt (eg, '/mnt/floppy', etc). If they're not there, they may be in the root instead (eg, '/floppy'). You need to drag these onto the panel. They should have the mount symbol displayed on them.
