Not so with OroboROX and xfwm4. For me, those tool windows are drawn without borders. Is it the same for you? We have the same version of scribus and OroboROX, (but maybe not same version of QT...) And, I CAN toggle them on and off! But I'll have to toggle them on-off-on to get them right (with borders)... And, the scrapbook does NOT open with huge size for me.
