One other thing...

"Features I won't add:

- a title-menu (redundant interface clutter)
- advanced window matching (forcing windows undecorated is supported)"

The ability to call-out to a separate program would be great for these.
For the title-bar menu this could be something that pops up a menu, or
even parses the titlebar and shows the parent directories in the menu.
