#33 Make files being modified another color

Perhaps if you made files that are currently being
another color. This would be really neat in the case of
downloads... So you know when you can open that
tarball... Right after a file is created rox would
check to see if it is being modified constantly, like a
download would be. If so, it would monitor it until
the modified time stopped changing.

A stalled download would look just like a finished download
then.
A better solution is for the saving application to rename
the file when saving is complete (Edit does this with a
hidden file when saving; Archive does something similar but
with a non-hidden file).
