With automatic window resizing enabled, when you open or close the mini-buffer the window should resize.
It does not, so the mini-buffer hides the items.
Actually, I guess there are two issues:
- It doesn't automatically resize when you open or close the mini-buffer
- When you resize the window by double clicking in a blank space, if you are in details view it doesn't take into account the mini-buffer.
