Moved inquisition into its own folder; reorganized things within that folder somewhat. Felt weird having stormtroopers and eldar buried in the space marine folder.
Please discard the changes to the research file if possible, they're not done yet so it would purely serve to mess up players who picked the (entirely unimplemented) rejects run by locking them out of an actual chamber militant.
