#9 Bug corrected in /kernel/sav/ea/AbstractSampler.cpp

A bug in the following
file: /kernel/sav/ea/AbstractSampler.cpp has been found
and corrected.

The bug may cause a segmentation fault
in /kernel/sav/ea/BinaryOperation.cpp in the apply
method when selecting parents to clone. The method
selects parents from the previous offsprings. If an
individual is NULL then it selects a parent from the
population instead. The index calculated by
AbstractSampler::apply may be out of range in the
population vector and cause a segmentation fault when
cloning the parent.

The bug has been corrected and added to the CVS
repository.
