#73 Support for new Roland Fantom 6/7/8 (rgd bank)

Dear Rosegarden Devs,

please find attached the RGD file defining tone banks for the new Roland Fantom (6,7,8), which follows the definition of all sound banks (some 4 thousands of them are all included in this synth) following the specs in https://www.roland.com/global/support/by_product/fantom_6/owners_manuals/fe631120-89a5-478c-a1b9-c395856d6217/

Note that "tones" as well as "scenes" are encoded.

I did not pay much attention to the definition of controls, etc, yet probably they are just fine as the generic ones are reused.

I hope you may include it in the next release of Rosegarden.
