When I start Rosegarden I get a warning about Kernel Timer Resolution
being too low.
The kernel config file showed it at 250Hz, so I recompiled it at 1000Hz.
(This is what it use to run at in earlier versions not so geared
Now MIDI files play at 4 times the speed they should!
Is there something else I should have changed??

Timing is not my thing, and the only person I know who truly understands that
stuff is away on vacation.
About all I can suggest is Settings -> Configure -> Sequencer ->
Synchronization and play with your different available options for Timer to
see if one of them works better.
