I haven't looked at the Rosegarden FAQ for this, maybe the answer is
Speaking of FAQ, it'd be kind of cool to put a URL to the RG FAQ as
the sig of any message passing through the list. Is the maintainer
reading this? What would you think? A little encouragement like
that might help....

No, it probably isn't. It might not be worth bothering, either, since that
whole issue will largely (or hopefully completely) go away once we get the
successor to 1.0 out the door.
In general, though, the FAQ could use a facelift, I'm sure.

I don't think that's a bad idea, but it's not possible. SF doesn't provide
list administrators with any ability to append their own text to list
