I wrote an article on Rosegarden design principles for this month's
Linux User and Developer (Issue 30) which is out now in shops
(well WHSmiths). Rosegarden4 0.9 along with MuSe and Brahms is on
the cover disk too in source form only. Probably just as well it's only
the source code really considering how buggy 0.9 was but we'll gloss
over that one a bit..
Anyway, the article isn't really that technial despite being in the
developer section of the mag .. actually I really must read it myself
at some point and find out how it all works.
The release of this issue coincides nicely with the Linux User expo in
Birmingham UK in a few weeks time (24th-26th June). There'll be a
Rosegarden stand there again and (I'm pretty sure) Chris and me will
be on hand to give demos, make some noise and chat to people just like
we did at the one last October. More details will follow but for the
