I have just had a happy hour trying to work out why I could not build RG
(its the first time I have had a problem in 2 years). I was getting this
error: #error "The header file 'EventQuantizeCom mand.h' doesn't include
expected constructor, destructor, or type c onversion before ‘static’
..and a load of other stuff
which I took to mean that it could not find the file qobject.h.
I could find the file and I tried various tricks to get the cmake to
find it; like setting export INCLUDE=....
It turned out the problem was cause by me having a version of qt4.4.3
installed on my system; as well as a packaged version of qt3 . So cmake
was using the wrong version of qmake. I had to remove the qt4.4.3
installation from my $PATH and all was sweetness and light again!
Just thought I would let the group know.
Apologies, if this has been discussed before.
