1) i can't find info on Rosegarden's lirc commands, although lirc is a part of the compiling dependency where is the list of RG commands to be placed in ~/.lircrc ? 2) Question about compiling hydrogen. (If this is really off topic, my apologies, and no need to read on.) for me hydrogen has been a wild goose chase - little info on web, its own forum is uninformative, and the readme's have major ommissions. For example, TinyXML is needed; yet, it is not mentioned anywhere in the hydrogen source tree. (Compiling TinyXML is is a riddle, too) Here is my hydrogen compile error: g++ -c -pipe -g -w -O2 -g -pipe -Wall -Wp,-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -fexceptions -fstack-protector --param=ssp-buffer-size=4 -m32 -march=i386 -mtune=generic -fasynchronous-unwind-tables -D_REENTRANT -DQT_NO_DEBUG -DQT_THREAD_SUPPORT -DQT_SHARE D -I/usr/lib/qt-3.3/mkspecs/default -I. -I. -Isrc -I/usr/lib/qt-3.3/include -o src/tinystr.o src/lib/xml/tinystr.cpp src/lib/xml/tinyxml.h:828: error: extra qualification 'TiXmlDeclaration::' on member 'TiXmlDeclaration' make[1]: *** [src/tinystr.o] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory '/data/installers/hydrogen-0.9.3' make: *** [hydrogenPlayer] Error 2 |

People, As a complete newb I have managed to get sound out of qjackctl + vkeybd or ZynAddSubFX but although I am creating a simple segment with RG, I am not getting any sound when I play it . . Are there any specific FC6 howtos around? The /etc/rc.d/rc.local file: In many teachwares we advise to use /etc/rc.d/rc.local. Unfortunately, there is no /etc/rc.d/rc.local under Debian. Here a method to profit from it. Create a /etc/init.d/local file, in which you will put this: #! /bin/sh Stop by typing this: # chmod 755 /etc/init.d/local # update-rc.d local start 98 2 3 4 5. # to mkdir /etc/rc.d/ # ln - S /etc/init.d/local /etc/rc.d/rc.local |
