Combo boxes are better if you know the numbers already (i.e. there is
a limited set).
Spin boxes are nasty, but at least they ensure that you'll always get a number.
I would actually be OK with a combo box here, if others didn't mind
the fact that it meant picking a valid range beforehand -- in fact
that would be more consistent with the "other" tuplet dialog, though
the other one has a built-in limited range because you've already
selected the notes by the time you invoke it.
