I've generated some testing materials, test plans and sequences, for
rg, and I was wondering if I could stash them someplace in the svn
repository. I guess the first question is "Trunk or Not"? If trunk,
there appear to be some materials already there. Some are in
/data/regression and some are in /test. Perhaps we could reorganize
- move the existing /test stuff here
/test/plans (or /test/regression)
- move the /data/regression stuff here
- additional test plans and sequences
If non-trunk is preferred, we could move the existing testing
materials out too.

It seems like it's probably cleaner to put all of this stuff somewhere other
than trunk, including whatever (orphaned stuff) is currently there. I don't
have any strong opinions on the details of this though.
You should feel encouraged to pursue this, and you should feel free to
exercise your best judgment as to what should be moved where, and so forth.
Getting someone to take an interest in this stuff would be very nice, and it's
practically impossible to imagine how you could go wrong, regardless of
exactly what plan you come up with.
