I don't know if there is s.th. like an ISO norm for sequencer programs. Steinberg's Cubase e.g. also uses C-2 for MIDI 0 leading to C3 for the "middle C" = c' so you are "in good neighbourhood". A friend told me that according to a convention of the Piano Tuners' Gild the piano keyboard with 88 keys starts with A0 leading to C-1 for MIDI 0 and C4 for the c'. The latter is used by the Roland pianos e.g.
