We're open to all contributions, but it seems it's better if contributors are
autonomous enough to decide on their own what they want to do. Given the
current state of the program, there are plenty of choices, just get the
source, compile it, run the program and see what you feel like working on...
Your experience on Windows MIDI applications is very precious though, as we
often check UI details on Cubase and Logic. So aside of code contributions,
your participation on UI-related discussions on the rosegarden-devel mailing
list is welcome.
