You can correct it by providing the --without-ladspa argument to configure. I can build Rosegarden-4 0.8.5 successfully out of the box on FreeBSD with no other configure options besides that. In theory that means it builds with aRts sound support, but I have no sound on the FreeBSD machine so I don't know whether it works. Even if it does the sound support is sadly unlikely to be comparable to what you can get with ALSA on Linux. Chris |
