I don't think Eric is asking about the card but asking about the soundfont for the card itself. Yes, well if you can lay your hands on the soundfont then you can using it with our softsynth of choice - iiwusynth. Of course you'll need _some_ kind of soundcard that works with ALSA (an onboard one maybe or a cheap alternative). Then start iiwusynth something like this: % iiwusynth -m alsa_seq <soundfont.sf2> and then start Rosegarden and you should be able to access the soundfont through the softsynth. Not trivial but certainly possible. B |
