Richard: Thank you very much for your hard work on this, and for giving us the opportunity to try Rosegarden on Windows. I will definitely try it out, and give you feedback. With my MIDI training initiative, the ability to put an audio track into a sequence (at least by importing it from a file (.wav is fine)) is a 'must' for the training I'm doing, but overall, being able to record vocal tracks (which are by-definition audio tracks) is something that is needed. What you have may be enough for Windows users in the initial part of the training. And when the 2nd phase of the training is available, perhaps that capability will be there. We shall see. I am hopeful. - Aere On Sun, 2012-09-16 at 21:45 +0200, Richard Bown wrote: > I'm pleased to finally announce the availability of the latest Alpha > release of Rosegarden for Windows. > > This is a working release of Rosegarden for Windows - it's still > called an Alpha release because it may well be buggy and audio file > support or audio sequencing is still not supported in any way.
