[Rosegarden-devel] General notation_toolbar_2 branch announcement.

Hello all RG developers and users,

There is a new temporary branch launched: notation_toolbar_2.

This is another round of refinement to the keyboard, mouse, etc. notation entry in notation view.  The hope is to keep the excellent work added from the former notation_toolbar branch (now part of trunk/), refine it and expand the usability of duration toolbar and related notation entry issues.

If you are adventurous enough to compile from source.  You can view the branch here (not much to see):

Note: This link just lets you view the repository.  I don't want to explain the process of compiling.  Therefore, I'll leave the compile process to you--if you dare.

Input regarding this work is welcome.

Unfortunately, I can't take on any new expansions of the goals and tasks stated in the wiki, but constructive critics, guidance, and steering is quite welcome.  I'm happy to refine / alter these goals as needed.
