You can go into the temporary file that Rosegarden produces and change it there.  There is nothing magical about the Rosegarden - Lilypond connection; Rosegarden simply produces a file that is input into Lilypond, and Rosegarden starts the Lilypond process.

The file is usually in the /tmp directory, with a suffix of ".ly".  IIRC, the last line is produced by the "tagline=" command so find it and remove the line.

Just as an aside, it's a good idea to get familiar with Lilypond's command structure so you can fine-tune the output precisely to your liking.
