I've been meaning to mention this one for ages...
The correct order (Procedure A) seems to be:
This yields good results.
If OTOH, you (Procedure B)
you wind up with a mess where the hairpin overlaps the dynamics.
There doesn't seem to be any tweaking it either. The only recourse
is to wipe it out and follow procedure A.
It's fiddly and irritating, although avoidable by following Procedure A.
It's worth an official mention in the docs somewhere that there's
only one correct order in which to perform these operations in order
to produce reasonable results. Making the whole thing more flexible
would be better still.
