The "Undo Tuplet" operation removes tuplet spanners but
does not undo the tuplet durations. For example, if you
use "Undo Tuplet" to try converting from a triplet or
any other tuplet of 1/16th notes (MIDI duration=160) to
ordinary 1/16th notes (MIDI duration=240), the tuplet
spanner is removed but the 1/16th notes still have the
tuplet's MIDI duration of 160 although the notes are
notated as 1/16th notes.

I have confirmed that this bug still exists.

    No immediate resolution is likely.
