#1799 Focus lost after changing segment length

Minor bug when changing the length of a segment. When segment end is selected to change its length, it appears to be selected, but when released, focus returns to a previously selected segment.

Steps to reproduce:

At least two MIDI segments are needed, preferably on different tracks.

1. Select segment-1, and it should get focus and keep it
2. Select the end of the segment-2 with the intention of changing the length
3. The cursor changes, and segment-2 appears to be selected i.e have focus
4. Now increase the length of segment-2 and release it
5. The focus disappears from the segment-2, and it appears deselected
6. And the focus is now back on segment-1, which appears selected

If the above is repeated with segment-1 unselected, then after length change, neither segment is selected. Not sure where the focus goes.
